Who we are
We are a small team of dedicated professionals who provide support in small groups. All staff have full care insurance, enhanced DBS and all necessary car cover. We aim to put together groups based on ability and personalities.
Where we operate
We currently cover the areas of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hounslow. We actively work with the local councils and social workers in these areas to provide the best support possible for each individual. We provide transport to and from activities for these areas.
Who Step Together is for
Young people (16+) and adults with learning disabilities is the core group that Step Together aim to help. However, if you are looking for activities for children under 16 years old please still get in touch, we may still be able to work out a suitable plan of activities.
Please note: We are unable to offer personal hygiene support and groups are of 3 participants per team leader.

Tom Cecile-Pritchard
FOUNDER
Tom started Step Together to provide fun and fulfilling activities for local adults with learning disabilities. From starting out on his own, Step Together has grown more than he ever imagined.
He and his team work to give every participant the support they need and a brilliant day.
Tracy Cecile-Pritchard
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tracy joined Step Together in May 2017 as Tom's first member of the team.
Tracy has experience with learning disabilities and is passionate about improving opportunities for all and giving a helping hand along the way.
Kiran Mudhar
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Kiran joined us in September 2018 and quickly became a core member of the team.
Always cheerful and chatty, she uses her experience to make sure everyone has a great time.
Kate Duffy

Kate is a very much loved member of our team.
Kate has formed wonderful relationships with our participants and is enjoying working with our team.
Paul Berry
TEAM LEADER
Paul joined in August 2020 and has become an invaluable member of the team.
As a professional kickboxing instructor, he has brought a new activity to enjoy. This is very popular with all participants.
Alana-Jane Elder
TEAM LEADER
Alana joined in September 2018 and comes from a very experienced background.
Having previously worked with very complex needs, Alana is fab with more challenging behaviours.
Caroline Amankwaah
TEAM LEADER
Caroline has broad experience having worked with a wide range of ages and disabilities.
She always goes the extra mile for anyone to help.
Jack Potter
TEAM LEADER
Jack has come from a background specialising in Epilepsy.
He brings a calmness to everyone and nothing is too much trouble for him.
COST
Group Sessions: £80.00 + VAT per day.
1-to-1 Sessions: £22.00 + VAT per hour.
Activities are to be paid for in addition to session rates.
We offer our services based on the direct payments given to those with additional needs to facilitate activities and further learning. We are flexible around timings, so attendees can do as much as they wish. All participants are collected and dropped off at home. This is included in the Session price.
