Fitness
We aim to help those with learning disabilities grow their life skills, which they need to gain more independence and achieve their personal goals. Whether it's cooking, being more social, work experience or budgeting, Step Together will be there to help.
Being fit and healthy is a key target for many of our attendees. We offer regular trips to the gym and swimming. Attendees can learn how to use different equipment and go at their own speed, gaining confidence and improving fitness. We also do dog walking as a fun way to burn some calories.
Friends And Fun
Our attendees make new friends and go on exciting trips to all kinds of places. Days at the zoo, museums and other activities like mini golf, art and chocolate modelling are all great for getting to know others and enjoying time together.
